Tip Top Scores provides credit restoration services, including but not limited to:

Preparing dispute rounds for credit bureaus, creditors, and collectors.
Reviewing updated credit reports through your credit monitoring account.
Educating clients on the credit score improvement and restoration process via email.
Updating the client tracking portal with credit improvement progress.
Providing progress updates by phone if necessary.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are required to provide accurate and complete information and documents promptly to avoid delays. Maintaining an active credit monitoring account with IdentityIQ is mandatory. Notify us of any changes to your account credentials.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver excellent service, but credit repair outcomes cannot be guaranteed. If no deletions occur within 180 days, we offer a refund. You must contact us directly to resolve issues before disputing transactions with your bank.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tip Top Scores harmless from any costs, charges, and expenses arising from negligence during service provision.

7. Termination of Agreement

This agreement remains in effect until the end of the specified term unless terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tip Top Scores is not liable for any lost profits, savings, or damages arising from the use of our services or a breach of this agreement.

9. Arbitration Clause

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the United States Arbitration and Mediation Rules. The arbitration decision will be final and binding.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Tip Top Scores operates. Any litigation will be conducted under these laws.

11. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tip Top Scores regarding the services provided, superseding all prior communications or agreements.

12. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 3 business days from the date of signing. To cancel, send a signed notice to Tip Top Scores at 101 N Tryon St Suite 112 and 6000 Charlotte, NC 28246.
